What should you know about each title?

The shooters are round-based, so a map can swing several times and markets on round totals make sense. The strategy games are played as one long game with no rounds. A lead there tends to grow, and comebacks are rarer once a team is well ahead.

Which esports betting terms should you know?

• Bo1, Bo3, Bo5 mean best of one, three or five maps.
• Map is a single game within a series in CS2 and Valorant.
• Map handicap gives a team a start of one or more maps, such as +1.5.
• Total maps is a bet on whether a series runs long or ends early.
